Do you struggle to be consistant with your habits? I can honestly say that being consistant everyday with routines and habits no matter how small they are, can lead to a sense of achievement and the motivation you need to do more and be more proactive in changing your lifestyle.


Examples would be: Drink 3 ltrs water a day, Walk 8k steps a day, Take a time out to do something calming for yourself, read 5 pages of a book...the examples are endless.
